1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once processed, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We proudly ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers.
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–15 business days (depending on customs & location)
Please note: Some delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
- Expedited shipping (if available) will be shown at checkout with applicable rates.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to follow your Pawcho cat’s journey to your doorstep in real-time.
