At Pawcho, we’re committed to bringing warmth, comfort, and joy through our lifelike robotic cats. If your experience falls short of purr-fection, we’re here to make things right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ In its original packaging with all accessories
✅ Free from wear, pet hair, or damage
✅ Return initiated within the 30-day window
🛑 We do not accept returns on:
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or accidents
- Final sale or clearance items
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@Pawcho.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
🚫 Do not send back any items without our confirmation.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.
The Meow Joy is not responsible for lost or untrackable return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
🚫 Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please:
- Return the original product.
- Place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your robotic cat arrives damaged, faulty, or non-functional:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@Pawcho.com.
- Include photos or videos showing the issue.
- We’ll offer a replacement or full refund—your choice—depending on stock availability.
